Walk the paths of Plato and Aristotle! Visit the sites where Homer's epic tales took place!  See, feel, and discover the incredible history of this ancient land!  Come, relax, explore, and enjoy the wonder that is GREECE!

ITINERARY AND EXCURSIONS

Day 1 - Tuesday
March 26, 2024
​Travel

Today we arrive in Athens and transfer to our hotel.  ​In the evening we will gather for dinner and "Welcome Meeting".

Day 2 - Wednesday
​March 27, 2024 
​Athens

Following breakfast we begin our adventure in the usual way, getting to know our host city!  We will board our private coach and head out to discover all that Athens has to offer!  We will begin with a tour of the city, after which we will visit Ancient Agora.  Next, we grab a bite to eat before we head to the Acropolis Museum and Archaeological Site, then return to our hotel. ​Dinner is on your own.

Day 3 - Thursday
March 28, 2024
Corinth, Mycenae,
& ​Wine Tasting

Today we visit Ancient Corinth.  We will tour a Winery in Nemea and then enjoy a buffet lunch.  Feeling full and happy, we will head for the Mycenae Archaeological Site.  When done, we return to Athens.

​Day 4 - Friday
​March 29, 2024
Aegina:
​Temple of Aphaia

This morning we meet our guide who will take us to the Piraeus to catch the ferry to Aegina where we will spend the day.  We will see the Temple of Aphaia, followed by time to explore and have lunch on your own.  Later we will catch the ferry to our return to our hotel.  Dinner is on your own.

Day 5 - Saturday
​March 30, 2024 
​Delphi

Our outing today takes place in the beautiful city of Delphi.  We will explore the city with our guide and have lunch!  Next, we're off to the Delphi Museum and Archaeological Site.  We return to Athens in the late afternoon.  Dinner is on your own.

Day 6 - Sunday
March 31, 2024
Athens:
Food, Music,
​& Dancing!

Today we stay in Athens where we will learn to make some delicious Greek food AND, our lunch will be...you guessed it, the food we cooked!  When we are finished, we will return to our hotel and have the rest of the day free.  That evening will be our Farewell Dinner that will include Greek Live Music and Folklore Dancing Show!

Day 7 - Monday
April 1, 2024
​Leave for home

This morning, we will transfer to the Athens airport for our return trip home, taking with us connections to friends renewed and discovered, and memories of a wonderful adventure!
